Helping people out of homelessness and poverty, one at a time — that's what Solutions at Work is all about. Our success has allowed us to expand over the years, and yet we've stayed focused on what matters because we're always close to the reality of homelessness.

But our growth is leveling off. Our infrastructure's at full capacity and we lack the capital to scale up efficiently. Our staff constantly faces a backlog of work to be done. The waiting list for pick-ups, drop-offs, and moves forces us to make heartbreaking decisions.
